In 2026, we have introduced detailed access maps for each area affected by the race. Please refer to the green Motorist Lanes, where available, for the best routes to access and travel through the area.

Roads will reopen on Sunday as the last runner passes and the course materials are removed.

The City of Boulder is reconstructing 28th Street from Iris Avenue to Canyon Boulevard to improve safety and mobility. As you plan for detours around Boulderthon, please consider that additional lane closures and traffic delays should be expected throughout the 28th St corridor.
